What this site does
This site is an information and lead-routing service. We do not directly carry out electrical work. Specifically, we provide:
- Information about residential and commercial electrical services in Málaga and the Costa del Sol.
- A bilingual (English and Spanish) point of contact — phone, WhatsApp, email and contact form — through which you can request electrical services.
- A connection to a locally based, authorised electrical installer ("partner electrician") who carries out the work.
When you call, message, or fill in the contact form on this site, your enquiry is routed to our partner electrician for service delivery. We are not, ourselves, electricians.
Our partner electrician
The person or company who attends, quotes and carries out work after you contact us via this site is a separate, locally based business. Their credentials — including authorisation by the Junta de Andalucía as an authorised installer in the IBTE Especialista category, public liability and professional indemnity insurance, and the legal authority to issue and register the boletín eléctrico (CIE) — are verified by us before connecting them to leads from this site.
You may request to see proof of these credentials before any work is carried out, and our partner electrician will provide them on request.
Reviews and ratings
Reviews and ratings displayed on this site are aggregated from genuine customers of our partner electrician. We comply with the EU Modernisation Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/2161) on the verification of consumer reviews. If a star rating, review count or individual review is displayed, it relates to the partner electrician's actual service delivery, not to this site as such.
Pricing
Final pricing for any service is set by our partner electrician and confirmed in a written quote before any work begins. We do not directly set prices, and any pricing references on this site (where present) are indicative only.
Contractual relationship
When you engage our partner electrician for a service, the contract for service is formed between you and them. We act as an information service and a lead-routing intermediary; we are not a party to that service contract.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the operation and content of this website. Liability for the electrical work itself — including any damage, defect, delay, or breach of the REBT — sits with our partner electrician, who carries professional indemnity insurance for that purpose.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free from errors or that it reflects the most recent changes to Spanish electrical regulation. For decisions that depend on regulatory status (e.g. whether your boletín is current, whether your installation meets the REBT), please confirm with our partner electrician on inspection.
